To confirm your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at least 14 days prior to your scheduled photoshoot. This guarantees your time is locked into our calendar.
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send through a contract with our payment details.
Your session is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled photoshoot.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer / PayID (details provided upon request)

All pricing is inclusive of basic editing and digital delivery via a private online gallery.

Travel fees may apply for sessions held more than 45 minutes from Sydney Olympic Park, calculated at $15 per additional kilometre.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours' notice so we can accommodate your new date. We’ll do our best to find a suitable alternative.

In the event of a cancellation:
- Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your session and cover preparation costs.
- If the final payment has already been made, partial refunds may be considered based on notice period and circumstances.
- No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, extreme weather, etc.), we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative date.

Once your session is secured, the planning begins. You’ll receive a pre-session consultation where we’ll discuss your vision, walk through what to expect, and answer any questions you may have.

It’s a great opportunity to align on styling suggestions, talk through location options, and tailor the experience to your preferences — whether that’s the comfort of your own home or a scenic outdoor backdrop.

Once your date and time are confirmed, we kindly ask that you stick to the agreed schedule to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience.
This will help create a relaxed, enjoyable environment on the day, without any pressure or rush.

We understand that stepping in front of the camera can feel unfamiliar — even a little intimidating. That’s why our focus is on creating a comfortable, enjoyable atmosphere where you can truly be yourself.

You’ll receive gentle guidance throughout the session, allowing you to relax, interact naturally, and stay present with your loved ones. We’ll capture your story through beautifully composed, emotive imagery — still including relaxed poses, but also real moments.

To help keep the energy up (especially for little ones), we’ll have light snacks and refreshments on hand throughout the shoot.

Once your session wraps, our creative process continues behind the scenes. Every image captured is carefully reviewed and hand-edited with precision and care.
We focus on delivering a cohesive visual story, using a refined editing approach that enhances the natural beauty and emotion of each moment. Our signature style features cinematic tones, delicate colour grading, and a balance of both rich colour and timeless black & white selections.

Each final image is crafted to reflect the emotion, light, and energy of the day — resulting in a gallery that feels both polished and deeply personal. Your digital gallery is not just a collection of photos — it’s a thoughtfully curated experience, designed to preserve your memories with authenticity and elegance.

Please allow 7–14 days for your digital gallery to be completed. Once ready, you'll receive a direct download link for easy access.
