FAQ

Where are you based?

Sydney based, more specifically in Sydney Olympic Park.

Do you travel Sydney wide?

Yes, we travel to your home or to an agreed location within Sydney. A small fee will occur if travel exceeds more than 45 mins from our starting location, Sydney Olympic Park.

Do you have any Travel Fees?

If travelling requirements exceeds 45 mins or more to the agreed destination, a fee will be added into the final bill, charged at $15 per kilometre.

Can I extend our session on the day?

Once the date and times are confirmed, we will have to stick with the timings as scheduled. We will have discussions about your expectations prior to the day of shooting as we aim to create an enjoyable atmosphere and to allow plenty of time to shoot without feeling rushed.

What is the deposit?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking and must be received 14 days prior to the date of the photoshoot.

What is the delivery turnaround timeframe?

Please allow a 7-14 day turnaround for the completion of your digital gallery. A download link is provided as soon as your digital gallery is ready. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any time constraints, so we can discuss the options available to cater to your required timeframe.

What kind of gear do you use?

An array of gear including: Fujifilm X-T4, Wide Angle Zoom Lenses, Prime Lenses, Light Diffusers, and Tripods.

What is the Preferred Payment Method?

Once confirmed, we will send you a contract with a link for payment to be made via Credit Card or PayPal.
